Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AegisQuantum's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AegisQuantum provides lead generation services through digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including social media platforms, search engines, and premium display networks. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Campaign optimization and performance monitoring

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is performance-based and charged per qualified lead delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Qualification Criteria

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who meets the specific criteria agreed upon during the initial consultation, including but not limited to:

• Demographic and geographic requirements
• Budget and timeline specifications
• Genuine interest in the client's products or services
• Contact information verification

5. Service Level Agreement

AegisQuantum commits to:

• Campaign setup within 3-5 business days
• Lead delivery within 24-48 hours of qualification
• Real-time reporting and analytics access
• Dedicated account management support

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of leads delivered according to agreed specifications. If a lead does not meet the established criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or full refund at our discretion.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Timely response to lead inquiries
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Payment of invoices according to agreed terms

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of AegisQuantum.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

AegisQuantum's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

13. Modifications

AegisQuantum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
